Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch using simple ingredients and classic techniques. Chef Adrian will guide you through mixing, kneading, and rolling the dough, then show you how to cut long pasta shapes like fettuccine, tagliatelle, and pappardelle. You’ll also watch a sauce-making demo and enjoy your finished dish with a glass of wine. This class is hands-on and ideal for anyone who wants to master the basics of fresh egg pasta.
This is class is approximately 2.5 hours. Class may run longer or shorter than posted time depending on student engagement.
Classes are open to all ages. Children must be 12 years or older to attend class without a parent or guardian. Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, both the child and parent/guardian must have a purchased seat.
