Batch Kitchen – Terms of Service.

Welcome to Batch Kitchen! We’re a small business based in South Delta, BC, making real food for real families. These Terms of Service outline how we operate, how you can use our website, and what to expect when you place an order with us.

1. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment options shown at checkout. All prices are in CAD. Taxes are calculated at checkout

2. Delivery and Pickup

We deliver to Tsawwassen and Ladner on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a flat $8 fee. You can also select free local pickup at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and someone is available to receive frozen goods. We cannot take responsibility for items that thaw or spoil due to incorrect address info or missed deliveries.

3. Frozen Meal Handling

All meals are delivered frozen and should be stored in a freezer immediately upon receipt.
If a meal has partially defrosted but remains cold, it can be safely refrozen. Fully thawed meals should be consumed within 48 hours and should not be refrozen.

We are not responsible for meals improperly stored after delivery.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are perishable, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after delivery.

If you need to cancel an order, email us at hellobatchkitchen@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery day.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away. We’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund—depending on the situation.

5. Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you choose a subscription option, you’ll be billed automatically based on the frequency you selected. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by emailing us.

Changes to your subscription must be made at least 48 hours before your next delivery date.

6. Allergen & Nutrition Information

We make every effort to list ingredients clearly on our product pages and packaging. However, all meals are prepared in a shared commercial kitchen, and we cannot guarantee meals are free from cross-contamination.

Please read labels carefully and consult your healthcare provider if you have concerns.

7. Use of Our Website

You agree not to misuse our website (e.g., by hacking or spreading harmful content). We do our best to keep everything running smoothly but make no guarantees about the availability or functionality of the site.

All content—including images, recipes, and branding—belongs to Batch Kitchen. Please don’t reuse it without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our site or services means you accept the current terms.
