Gnocchi from Start to Finish with Chef Adrian

Chef Adrian has partnered with Ladner’s Vinca’s Kitchen!

From dough to dish, experience gnocchi in its most authentic form. Chef Adrian will guide you through the process of making soft, airy gnocchi by hand – starting with the dough, you will learn the best prep methods for your potatoes, then shaping, rolling, and cutting it into perfect little pieces. chef Adrian will share his tricks on cutting techniques for easy consistent gnocchi as well as how to cook to the perfect texture! Once cooked, you’ll taste get to enjoy your hard work with a alongside 2 delicious sauces and in good company. This class is designed to be hands-on, fun, and welcoming for all skill levels.

This is class is approximately 2.5 hours. Class may run longer or shorter than posted time depending on student engagement.

Classes are open to all ages. Children must be 12 years or older to attend class without a parent or guardian. Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, both the child and parent/guardian must have a purchased seat.
